I cannot click on the links on the back side of a pass - I can see it is an active link but nothing happens when I click on it.

This issue occurs on iOS devices when opening Wallet using a shortcut, unfortunately links don't work on iOS in that scenario.

To open any links you need need to open the app the standard way by clicking the icon in your app menu.

As this is an Apple feature unfortunately we cannot improve this functionality.
