There are multiple options to create passes depending on your use case and options.
The recommended method is to create an API integration between YP and your CRM/POS/similar software which allows you to automatize most of the processes. Then for example anytime a new member is registered or someone purchases a ticket, their pass will be created automatically.
If you do not have integration to a system on your end, another method is creating passes manually in our console. To do that go to Passes, click New in the bottom right corner, select a template and fill in custom information if needed. If you are distributing a static anonymous card (e.g. info card or a voucher), you can share the distribution link which will generate a new pass anytime it is scanned by someone.
The last option is bulk creating high volumes of cards from an excel sheet (if you haven't integrated to YP). If you send us a spreadsheet with all necessary information, we can create passes from them in bulk and send you back a spreadsheet with download links for each.
