Yes, passes are multilingual so you can add as many languages as you like.
You can add your desired languages when creating a new template in the console or in the General tab when editing an existing template.
To add a translation just toggle the localisation button above each relevant field and switch between the languages to add all translations.
Each created pass contains all existing language versions and the app determines which language to display based on the system settings of the cardholder's phone.
Please note: Translations are not automatic, you should only be adding languages that you are actually planning to translate the pass into.
What if the cardholder's phone is set to a language our pass does not support?
If the phone’s language isn't available, the English version will be displayed. If the template hasn't been translated into English, the pass language will be determined by alphabetical order.
